Japan is one of the countries that have a wide variety of unique and interesting culture which make many people follow the development of the culture in this country. Meanwhile, in eating only Japan has various kinds of this unique and interesting. Japan itself has ruled in enough food many and all is done by successive Japanese society until today.
For the Japanese own rules of eating is a reasonable rule and common, but for those outside Japan sometimes will consider the rules a little strange and absurd. All of these rules as written rules and all citizens of Japan seriously obey the rules in the fed.
The following are some rules of eating that always run by Japan citizen.
1.Greeting before and after meal
In Japan, each you will eat and an end to eating and will be required to speak a greeting. For before eating or will eat then, you must speak the word "itadakimasu". While when you will put an end to eating and it will be a hearty reads "Gochiso" or there are other words such as "Deshita!".
Say a greeting this indeed has the meaning of enough positive i.e. to speak a greeting for what sustenance and grace gave in a form of food. Meanwhile, say this greeting sentences usually done if you are visitors to a house as a respect for the owner of the house.
2.Rules eat mie
In eating food type of noodles, it also there are certain rules that must be kept and practiced. The rule is when you eat mie then you must be sipping delicious mie is tight to sound like sluurrpp. Things like this if in Indonesia sound like less polite but in Japan, such a thing is even considered very polite and considered you enjoy the noodle dish. Even if you eat mie without sound like in Yogjakarta that only chewed and swallowed up, then you will be considered not respect for the restaurant owner and will feel irritable.
3.Eat with chopsticks
Who did not know the chopsticks, chopsticks itself is two pieces of timber/iron is used by the Japanese as the appliance eat. But do not vain, there are some rules in eating using chopsticks. As forbidden to give food using chopsticks and put chopsticks above the bowl because it is considered still related to this death or commonly called Tsukitate-bashi.
4.Drink
In Japan, drank alcoholic beverages is one of the things that appeals and required for some adults in the country. Meanwhile, the original drink alcohol type shutdowns from Japan is sake, special tea and etc. But when you are drinking together, then you must do cheers with friends you drink while uttered the phrase "Kampai!!" or commonly called the words of cheers.
5.Money Tips
This tradition is prohibited in Japan and you will not be in gratitude to provide tips as small as any against the restaurant owner. So the average if you provide tips and restaurant party will return again money tips.
